A representative from West shore homes came out and spoke to us for over two hours and detailed what would happen with our shower replacement. When the workers got here there were a great many details that were 100% different from what the spokesperson told us originally and it took over an hour and a half for another upper-level representative to assure me that everything was going to be fine. Kris and Matthew were the guys who removed our existing jacuzzi and replaced with a custom shower. We had a bench seat installed across the back, 4 shelves, they removed window framing and wrapped window to waterproof it and installed glass shower door. They were efficient, showed up on time, polite and friendly, hard workers and cleaned up after the job was done. Great workers!! They also removed our older, smaller shower, capped the water lines and hauled off.
I hired westshore homes to install my new bathtub. Dylan P and Dan M were very professional and did an outstanding job on my project. I am truly satisfied with the results. I was able to have an input in the way I wanted my shelves and bars installed in the tub. I highly recommend westshore homes for your remodeling needs.
