The installation of the tub (day 1) and the shower (days 2-3) was done with speed and professionalism, thanks to team leader Charles N. and the rest of the team; Jaun G, Josh T, and James S. There were some extra visits required, such as a shower seat and shelving that were installed nicely several weeks later by Joel. However, we also had to ask for some other cosmetic problems to be fixed. Cody, Nick and Rick did a fantastic job taking out our old tub/shower and installing a new step-in shower. I cannot imagine anybody doing a better job than they did. They worked every minute they were here and were professional, friendly and informative about the job. I would recommend them above any others.
They said one day, took five! Sales said no raw edges, there were lots of raw edges,! The plumber changed hot and cold water taps direction, hard to get used to! I got yelled at for saying that I was not satisfied. They mostly fixed the problem of the raw edge with some edging. It took so long because their installers did not know they had to match lines, and not scratched material! All and all was a very unhappy installation but the end project looks ok!
Anthony Madison came and put in the shower seat & bars. Very good work. He was super nice and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone. Hanna and others put in the shower. They were very good. I give them all highest ratings
They were on time and did the best they could to patch up the creak in our shower until they can get it replaced

This patio door replacement was excellent. The installers were grade A+++. James P and Hunter B we're on time and ready to go when they arrived. The installation went quickly and professionally. If there was ever a time I needed anything else done, West Shore Homes would be my first call.
100 year old house had rotted out from tenants improperly putting a window air conditioner in that put water down and rotted the window trim and flooring in the downstairs kitchen.
