Everything is great except the price is a little steep for a remodel.
Overall, I am very pleased with the experience! The Design Consultant, Tim, was great to work with. He stopped by on the day of my installation to check on the progress of the job and to bring the installers drinks, which I thought was great, given how hot it has been recently! The installers, Josh H and Greg P, were very personable and did a great job! I was working from home during the installation, and they did their best to minimize disruptions. Chris dredge Did a great job for us. He was very meticulous and made sure everything was perfect to our satisfaction. He was kind and did a wonderful job with the plumbing. The shower looked beautiful everything was perfect. Chris worked very hard and efficient and was a pleasure to have in our home.

Travis, DJ, and Will were experienced, open to questions, and showed a high level of competency throughout the project. My initial mistrust was allayed by watching them work. They knew exactly what to do, once the old (fiberglass) shower was cut up and removed. (You never know what you're going to get, behind those walls!)
