West Shore Home worked with us on a very tight timeline. We recently moved back to the US from being stationed overseas and need to move into our newly purchased home asap. We had zachary redman ,micheal Swanson and They were really kind . Make sure everything was cleaned up how the found it, all around amazing guys!! Would definitely love for them to do our other 2 bathrooms!!
Efficient customer service department. Brady Sipe, designer, was well prepared and helpful. Installers, Justin D and Tuncay O were knowledgable, pleasant and did a professional job. At the end of the day a beautiful new shower was the only evidence that work had been done. Our experience exceeded our expectations.

Was impressed with overall process. We were extremely concerned about the subfloor structure do to a decades old small leak into our garage. Turned out it was a small crack in drainpipe which crew found and repaired as part of install. Subfloor looked much better than expected, with no structural issues, we have been high and dry since. Glad to be done with mold issues from old shower pan and wall tile.
