Purchased this phone for my daughter who is a missionary in Arica she received it, but is having issues with downloading apps? is there a trick to is since its refurbished?

2nd unit I had to order, first one had no reception. Internal antenna was broken, as a result could only use Wifi calling. The 2nd unit which I am reviewing worked out well. Nice quality/condition (does seem "New"). Battery life is excellent, so I am guessing this had little to no usage prior. All in all it was a good purchase.
Paid for new condition and the phone had nicks all around the edges. Seller did take phone back and gave a full refund.

Camera on time it has no scratches nothing wrong with it my daughter is totally happen we haven't switched phones yet hopefully no problem would def buy again this is 2 iphone I've got from Amazon never had a problem
