I ended up returning the phone because it was too heavy for me. But the customer service from this seller was great. They were responsive to my messages and very easy to work with. The phone was in excellent condition but it was just the wrong phone for me. I ended up buying a previous year's model from the Apple refurbished store. But I would not hesitate to deal with this seller in the future.

Bunch of cosmetic damages on the sides. Didn’t realize it went to war. Beside that phone is as described, has good battery life and a good screen, although it appears as pink for some reason. Would recommend though.
