didn't know that there was no slim card. Their was a tool for it but wasn't need. It took awhile to get the phone active because I had to go into the store. But all good now, but i think the battery doesn't last very long.

Minor scratches on the screen and case. Not a big deal, but could have been mentioned. Great price. Took a lot of time to get Verizon to install my phone. Their Ap doesn't work. Call and Chat with a live person. The eSIM card is a pain to setup.
