The CTRL button doesn't work all the time like 85% of the time. It was stated to be in excellent condition but I would consider it in GOOD. Faded and scuffed Lenovo logo, numerous scratches which I can see at 12 inches away and hinges that have lost the chrome luster and have scratches. OVERALL though I will say it's in great shape, came wiped and shipped fast. Clean device and functional PEN. TY
