Experience was fine it is just I am disappointed in myself for not doing the proper research before I bought the phone. AT&T couldn't transfer everything from my phone to the new phone because it's a Verizon phone.

Ordered the red phone but a white one came, but I was ok with that. I'm returning the product only because the person I was giving it to didn't want it because it was too small. I didn't even get to turn it on or anything, just put it right back in the bubble wrap.

The phone sold was not paid off. When we checked the IMEI after arrival it showed that there was still a balance owed on the phone, which means it is still under contract from original carrier. If we would keep the phone they would give us 5% refund ($19) on a phone that was not free and clear and cost $380, instead we wait 14-30 days for a refund🙄. Do not recommend buying renewed on Amazon.
