The product is in excellent working condition, as described. It did arrive a day later than expected, although it shipped on time. There must have have been some issue in transit, I don't think it was the seller's fault.
I received the iPhone 16e and it was in great condition as described. There were minor screen scratches but disappeared after I added a screen protector. I highly recommend if you're looking to get a great phone and save some money.
