Item looked good with some minor face scratches but came with a different color band, did not match Watch color.

Unfortunately, the package I received from the seller included the wrong watch band and a charger that was completely incompatible. The seller has been communicative, but not consistent in their resolutions. I am waiting resolution and will update my review once the issue is addressed.
Why am I being harassed trying to return this laptop!! The M1 chip was incompatible with the software I wanted to run on it, so I'm returning the laptop. I did a factory reset so there's no DNA of my efforts left on the machine. I feel like you're trying very hard to find a reason to deny me my refund!!!
