I love the phone only thing is that it takes way too long to charge. I have not added/dowloaded anything and it has taken one hour to charge 69%. I love the phone it’s for my granddaughter, works wonderful, just as described but this is the only issue I’m having. I do give it 5 stars and would buy from you again.

Phone came late and it was really damaged
The name and address on both send and return label was correct. FedEx lied saying name and address was wrong delaying the delivery so I had to purchase locally.
