The product is in excellent working condition, as described. It did arrive a day later than expected, although it shipped on time. There must have have been some issue in transit, I don't think it was the seller's fault.
I received the iPhone 16e and it was in great condition as described. There were minor screen scratches but disappeared after I added a screen protector. I highly recommend if you're looking to get a great phone and save some money.
The item was listed as “refurbished Excellent” and had more dings than expected. Still functions as expected though. Should have been listed as Refurbished Good.

Excellent buy
Phone came in essentially new condition with an aftermarket cable. Has performed extremely well. Saved a bunch by buying this secondhand, but they cleaned it up extremely well and it is like having the new version of it.
Ordered a 256gb and it was 128gb. So I will be returning iPhone
