So far, the roof on my manufactured home is perfect. They were the highest quote but for me, a roof is too important to worry about the price and I was also able to get insurance because of it. The product they use is environmentally friendly, no smelly tar and a nice white roof. The roofer that came was really nice and they got me a no interest loan.
I would strongly caution anyone considering Paul Bange Roofing. My roof is less than 8 years old, and Ive already had to call them back more than five times for leaks. Each time they only patched it, and the roof kept leaking. The repeated issues even caused damage to my ceiling inside the ********* I have a new leak, and instead of standing behind their work, theyre trying to charge me over $4,000 to fix it. In 2013 I had a roof installed by Paul Bange Roofing in Wellington Fl. These people were a nightmare from the beginning but to add insult to injury the flat roof started deteriorating a couple of years ago and now has to be replaced because it is separating from the substrate and bubbles are predominant across the roof. This is going to be a nightmare for us due to the fact the flat roof is layered under the shingle roof. Today , I contacted **** ***** Roofing to get an update for my elderly parents, who have been waiting for their new roof for eight months now. I spoke to a Rich who was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNCOOPERATIVE; Stating that New Construction is more important than a homeowner and that the tile company is backed up.
