Today , I contacted **** ***** Roofing to get an update for my elderly parents, who have been waiting for their new roof for eight months now. I spoke to a Rich who was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNCOOPERATIVE; Stating that New Construction is more important than a homeowner and that the tile company is backed up. If I could leave zero stars I would. They haven't finished my roof yet, so I can't comment on the quality. But the communication is the worst. After making numerous complaints that our rep was no responsive they finally started our roof. I noticed that the birdstop was the wrong color. After speaking with different people at the company I was told to call **** himself. He had the nerve to scream and yell at me...a man screaming at a women. Disgusting! Reached out to Paul Bange Roofing for a quote to replace my roof. The quote was 40% higher then any of the other quotes I received. It's one thing to come recommended but not at such a premium. I reached back out to the company to complain and they had the salesperson call me back. I told sales person this seems excessive. His response was let me get with management and I will reach back out. To this day, I have received no response. Good afternoon, I spoke with my estimator regarding this job and he has also called you prior to me writing this response. We were in contact with you and after the last conversation the estimator had with you he said that if he could lower the price he would but he knew there was no room to come down so there would be no phone call back to you.
