Beth was very helpful when I went in to look at a 2024 Blazer EV. It was a pleasant no pressure experience. She took her time to go over the vehicle and when I asked about something she either explained it to me or went out of her way to get me the answer. Great experience (which is something I don’t remember saying before when buying a car). Will be looking for her when it is time for a new vehicle.
Recently, the time had come for me to get a new car. I had been driving a 2011 Chevy Malibu for 12 years. During that time, I had brought it to Quality for service occasionally. Brian Toal was a big help with our many questions and inquiries. We work strange hours and have trouble getting much done outside the home during the week but not the case with Brian on our side. He had papers ready plus the car, where all we had to do was go in to sign and drive. When we brought the car home we noticed the windshield wipers were very bad and one broken.
