Matt went above and beyond to assist me during the Covid 19 pandemic, he insured I received a very fair deal on my lease and took all my calls and concerns right away. I will continue to keep my business with Matt at Quality Chevrolet.
My second purchase and I couldn’t be more pleased. I was looking to deal with John as I had the last time but unfortunately heard he was under the weather. Brian and Glen worked with me to make the deal on my truck a reality and assured me that John was also included. 2 times a customer and 2x more satisfied.
From walking through the door just looking, to coming back to buy a car everyone was very helpful and polite. A wonderful car buying experience.
Marty was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way on my needed repairs. He evaluated my needs and had the repairs completed in less that 5 hours. He informed me of 2 other issues that I was mot aware of BUT did not push me on the additional repairs needed that he found. I will definitely take mt Impala back to him if I can't do the needed service myself.

Knowledgeable friendly dealership Dealing with Gene Ponti was a really nice experience. Not pushy, knowledgeable and worked with us to get a great deal on a 2020 Equinox. Anthony Mongiovi handled the finance, advised us of warranty options without making us feel pressured. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Quality Chevrolet.
Wonderful Salesperson Brian was a great salesperson and worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and for the price I wanted. He patiently answered questions and what he didn’t know found out. Highly recommend him.
Great Dealership came in looking for a vehicle. had a pretty poor experience earlier in the day with another dealership, so my expectations were not very high. i was completely wrong. soon as i walked in i was met by Joe Torre (no relation to the yankees manager) and he showed me a malibu i fell in love with. he was very welcoming and extremely helpful. he didn't try and up sell me at all. he understood what i wanted and paid the process painless, fast and above all enjoyable. i will be a repeat customer for sure.
