Mike was awesome! Mike Toone helped us and was awesome. He was super friendly, patient and straight up with us through the process. The only thing holding me back from giving this dealer a 5 star rating was the overall process. After settling on the terms of my lease and proving all necessary paperwork I sat around for over 2 hours waiting. Easy and enjoyable It was an absolute pleasure to purchase our vehicle from from the Englewood team. They were very flexible in making the car we wanted affordable and then went above and beyond in getting our car from another dealership. Scott, Tom, and Mike made the entire process a breeze. Their GM, Victor, was also very genuinely concerned in making sure we were happy. Would go back in a second.
