Very pleased. It was random but I wound up with Scott Mintz as my sales representative. I was very pleasantly surprised with his knowledge and his non aggressive sales approach. It was one of the few times I left a dealership actually feeling good about my experience. I know I received a good price because I did a lot of shopping before entering the dealership. I would recommend this dealership and definitely Scott Mintz to anyone in the market for a Chevy product.
Excellent person and salesman Ulises was very friendly and did everything to help me buy my first car. He answered all my questions and he was so easy to approach and eager to help. You can tell he loves his job. Very cool guy too, when you talk to him you feel like you've known him for years and you feel like you're in good hands. I ended up financing a camaro 2018 and Ulises helped me out.
Scott was great. We recently leased a GMC Acadia in Englewood. We took the ride down there after not getting the best price 5 minutes from our house. Not only did Scott give us the best price but he also stayed past closing time to go over the entire car with us.

A lot of hurdles Initially I would have said that this was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. It took 13 days from the time I walked in the door and gave a deposit, to the time I walked out with a car (which had been sitting in the lot the whole time). Best ever leasing leasing or buying experience . I have owned or leased a GM car since my 1955 chevy convertible. I have owned or leased every model Oldsmobile (including my favorite the Aurora) and just about every model of Chevy and this had to be the best experience ever. Outstanding customer service My salesperson, Ed Pavliva, provided me with exemplary customer service throughout the whole process. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and worked diligently with my son and me to ensure my monthly lease payments reflected my budgetary concerns.
