Our process started with Javon explaining our design and financing options. He was so patient with us. H e kept in touch during the following few weeks to answer any questions we had. Our Installation Team, Josh and Jeff, were very professional and courteous. They were able to answer and questions and gave helpful advice while they were here. Several of the managers stopped by to check on the progress along with the Master Plumber (I believe his name is James). I would highly recommend West Shore Home Birmingham!
Jeff and Austin did a great job. They were friendly and courteous and my shower looks amazing. They were fast and efficient. I definitely recommend them.
