The whole process! Everyone that came out was super nice. My install team...Austin, Donavan and Michael were all three very polite and they worked well together. I was informed about everything that was going on and I hope the next one will go just as well. Very happy to have my dad in a safe shower that I love as well.

Had West Shore Homes out of Birmingham install a new shower in our home. From the time that we started the process we were comfortable our decision to go with West Shore Homes. The process was fast and easy to decide what we wanted. Every thing was explained in great detail. James Smithey and Don Lomax came out today 05/14/2024 and installed the unit.
