Our Sales Rep (Brad Stoller) was great. He was very patient explaining and had super knowledge about the product and what we were interested in accomplishing. The two installers (Justin and Robert) did a super job; were very professional, friendly, thorough, neat and knew what they were doing and how the job needed to be done! We couldn't be happier with the quality and the finished job. We will certainly recommend West Shore to anyone contemplating a bathroom update.

When Joseph Birkheimer came in he was very professional, on time, went right to work. Could not believe he could do everything without help. Was very polite and answered any questions we would have. My bathroom was cleaner when he left. He even vacuumed the corners!!! We love the service we received, and if we need anything in the future, we will be calling West Shore Homes!!

Ralph and Brett were wonderful, extremely polite, punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. They did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time. I am very pleased.

The process started with a very creative salesman (Al O) who suggested some good ideas to deal with the front of our shower since it wasn't recessed like the typical designs. Jason S, John H and Ryland S worked very hard and for over 12 hours on the day of the installation (this one should have been scheduled for 1+ days). It looked great but there was a defect in the shower door, so Josh returned when the replacement door came in to complete the job.
