From our design consultant Bob Fanell who was informative and well spoken and honest. Eric S and Nate J did a great job installing and were very respectful and make this job a breeze. They took the time to answer all of our questions and West Shore Pittsburgh is highly recommended by us. On a scale of 1-10 they would be a 20.
Our situation was unique, as my parents were in the hospital in Boston, house was empty but they meet me (their son) though I lived an hour away. We needed an old tub removed and new walk in shower installed due to an injury to my mother. West Shore was quick to respond and walk us through how they would proceed. Though there are currently supply chain issues, they stayed in touch and updated me on when they were able to start. our installers Jason S. and Jacob K were very professional with their work, informative through the process and respectful of our property. Their finished product was excellent. I would ask for them again to do work at our house with no problems.

I am please with the whole process, from Brett, the consultant who explained everything and answered all my questions. The installers Justin D. and Rob H. were very professional, kept me informed on the progress of the project and also answered all my questions. Those two had to be tired from the hard work and all the steps they had to go up and down! The shower looks and works great.

Jason S. and Ryland S. did a great job. They removed the old one piece tub and shower and installed a new shower in 6 hours. Cleaned up everything. Very polite and respectful. 5 stars to them.
