very professional from start to finish. did a great job with a tub to shower conversion. it looks amazing and Dylan was so pleasant to work with, he was very polite and did a great job with all the details!
Our situation was unique, as my parents were in the hospital in Boston, house was empty but they meet me (their son) though I lived an hour away. We needed an old tub removed and new walk in shower installed due to an injury to my mother. West Shore was quick to respond and walk us through how they would proceed. Though there are currently supply chain issues, they stayed in touch and updated me on when they were able to start. The initial projection was 8 - 12 weeks with unknowns, but they were ready to install in 4 weeks. ... read more

From our design consultant Bob Fanell who was informative and well spoken and honest. Eric S and Nate J did a great job installing and were very respectful and make this job a breeze. They took the time to answer all of our questions and West Shore Pittsburgh is highly recommended by us. On a scale of 1-10 they would be a 20.

our installers Jason S. and Jacob K were very professional with their work, informative through the process and respectful of our property. Their finished product was excellent. I would ask for them again to do work at our house with no problems.
