A positive, professional experience from the very first phone call to the clean up at the end of the installation. Joe B. and Tim S. arrived on time, put down drop cloths from the front door to the bathroom, and quickly started to remove the existing bathtub. Jordan Smith, Dave and Jordan W were very professional, very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The men worked efficiently with one another. They knew their tasks and performed them very well. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and the old stuff hauled away. There was no nonsense, or complaining. It was a very pleasant experience from the starting time to finish. I look forward to being able to get the rest of the windows finished when possible and it will definitely be West Shore that does the work!
