Shane and Sara did an excellent job. They were professional, friendly and it was a pleasure having them install our new shower. We love the shower!!
The installers were both informative and cordial. The two installers were Eric Allen and Mateo Maldonado. They did an excellent job!
The installation crew, Shane, Spencer and Joe arrived right on time. They were very hard workers. They were also very polite. Shane did a wonderful job on day 2 of finishing the installation by himself.

George and I had looked forward to changing out our home's main tub and shower for years, and it is now a reality that looks perfect. The walls have a warm sheen and the chrome shines! No more old uncleanable hardware or constant re-grouting to do. Shane and Joe worked so diligently, non-stop, for a long day to accomplish this installation, absolutely professional and answered any question knowledgeably. We could see they had a plan for each step and worked as a team until the job was perfectly presented to us. Thanks guys!!
This was an Amazing experience all the way from beginning to end. It was installed 3 weeks earlier than expected. Clayton Keys and Thomas Jackson were the installers and I couldn't ask for a better team. They were so polite and professional and explained everything they were doing.
The group/team of young men that came to our home to do a FULL replacement of windows were hard working (in the rain), communicated to us all that was going to happen, cleaned up any mess and washed the new windows. Each and everyone of them (Mark M. Dustin, Kemon, Jeff, Chris, Calvin) were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. I HIGHLY recommend using West Shore Home for future window replacement. Excellent service, Roger, Don and Danny showed up on time, cleaned up when finished. I'm very happy with the finished product.
Installers were polite, efficient, followed Covid rules and generally nice guys. They did a terrific job.
