Roger, Chris and John of the install team did a great job. Arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The crew kept me informed of each step of the demolition and install process and let me take pictures so I could send family and friends. My home is 40 years old so we had a plumbing issue. West Shore sent their top plumber to fix the problem. Sorry I don't remember his name. We had the pleasure of working with Ed Lopez and installers Jeff & Jeremiah. They were professional, courteous, & attentive throughout the entire process from planning to Installation to cleanup. They quickly addressed any questions, concerns, & confusion that arose. I would recommend them & look forward to future projects with them. We love our shower.
This company did the best job! Everything was completely covered before they began and the cleanup was amazing. Kyle H and Daniel C were a pleasure to work with and I really love my new shower!!!
.Great experience. They kept me abreast of the schedule for install. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly throughout the day. As our shower space was unusually large(not a standard bathtub size), the install required two days and second day went just as smoothly as the first. Nikita and Derek did a great job. I was really not looking forward to a bathroom remodel. I could envision all kinds of problems. But the job went smoothly, and they were done in a day. (just like the video :) ). Bath looks great. They were on time and no surprises!
West Shore Homes is a great company! The new walk in shower is beautiful! The workers (Tray and Ryan) worked very hard until the job was done, even their supervisor (Garrett) came out and inspected the work! They were professional, courteous and friendly. The quality of their work was so good! I would recommend this company above all others. It was a very pleasant experience!! If you want the best, go with West Shore Homes!
Derek and Nikita were great installers. They were funny, clean, efficient and polite. We are very happy with the appearance of the shower and cannot wait to use it.
Tim and Caro were like family, They were very professional and knew their job and did it extremely well. Me and my husband were very impressed with them and their work. It is so nice to have people you can trust and rely on. We couldn't be more pleased with our new windows. Great Job!!!!!!
