Neil F was prompt. He followed the CDC guidelines for Covid-19. He was friendly and courteous. He was a professional at all times. He removed the old bathtub and installed a walk-in shower. He removed all debris, and the walk-in shower is great. I would highly recommend him.

Very professional and friendly, plus they left my home as clean as they found it. I highly recommend these guys! Thanks West Shore for our new and much larger shower!

The service technician explained to me the process he was going to perform to re-caulk my shower. He replaced the caulking and cleaned the shower pan and left me instructions on how to properly keep my shower cleaned and looking new. He cleaned up his work area. Joey Kun was very professional and efficient with the service he provided.

Tj and Travis did a awesome job on remodeling my bathroom from a garden tub to a walk in shower they was nice and respectful and clean up after there themselves i give them a perfect 5 star they did did that I am one happy customer thank you West Shore home I will be sending you some more business.
