The 2 company reps -- Garrett B and David T. arrived on time and installed my new shower. Very professional young men. They did an excellent job with my new installation. They were very thorough in their work. Cleaned up afterwards. They were courteous and placed protection down on my floors first thing. I am going to have my upstairs shower installed next year 2021. These 2 young men are an asset to your organization and they deserve the bonus you provide them from this rating. Happy Holidays to all of you and blessings.
We had a small issue that needed to be resolved after our shower was installed. West Shore sent a Service Tech by the name of Joey Kun to asses and resolve the problem. Mr Kun was on time, very communicative, professional and extremely polite. On the day he came back, he again was on time and was able to answer all of my questions and resolve our issue. He is definitely an asset to West Shore Home.
We had a problem with the shower doors and Steve May did a great job fixing them. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and once he was finished with the repair, he showed me the finished result. Wonderful job!!
We had 3 windows replaced, two of which were large 5x5 ft front windows. The crew, TIM and BRAD, were on time, knowledgeable, careful, innovative, and thorough in their work. All the windows look great, and they did a good cleanup upon completion. A great experience, and we will soon have West Shore come back to do a front entry door and another window.
Daniel and Vorn did a wonderful job of replacing my tub/shower with a walk in shower. They were on time and extremely courteous. The put protection down on my floors first thing and cleaned up before they left that day. Daniel and Vorn made a point of explaining options I had in the placement of handrails and shelving units. They also made sure I was aware of proper care of my new shower, I would definitely recommend them.
Kyle and Alex removed old bathtub and tile and replaced with a new soaker tub and surround. They were extremely careful when moving the old stuff out and new stuff in. The installation was very well-done. They were professional the whole time.
Kyle and Alex did a fantastic job of changing our old tub/shower combination to a walk-in shower and we love it. Our install date was moved up by four days as our material came in early, so that gave us a few extra days to enjoy as my husband is recovering from mobility issues. They worked great together and were super respectful of our home while here, which was less than 7 hours - will definitely request them for the next bathroom renovation.
Mike and Joe were great, came on time, protected my flooring from the front door to the bathroom. They did a spot on installation and cleaned up perfect! Joshua, our sales consultant, was super at showing us the product, explaining the procedure, and making us feel like old friends! Would highly recommend them!
Roger and Ralph were great, Very professional and did a great job. Love the the new shower. Would highly recommend them as they did quality work.
