Installers were a great team. Shower was installed in about 7 hours. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone interested in getting a new walk-in shower.
Treat each person as individual, cater to everyone. Great job for great price
wish I could leave zero stars! Shoddy workmanship and mediocre at best materials. It took over 6 months to actually "finish" the bath room remodel. 3 defective vanity tops, plumbing parts needed replacement, shower doors had to be replaced as well. the vanity cabinet has crooked drawers. Everything, of course, was the fault of the manufacturer. I will be paying for this bathroom the rest of my life, only to regret it every single day! Terrible experience. Quoted 2 day job, ended up being 2 months!! No caulking in some places, bad joints in others. NOTHING like what was planned. The floor wasn?t square with the room! They came and?fixed it? THEN offered ?hush money? with a contract so I wouldn?t do exactly what I?m doing!! Also with that they decided to ?void the warranty? lol. Trash company!! They are good until they actually install!

Didn't finish the job
The scheduling was bad. It did take 2 days but could have been done in a day in a half. Only had one person doing the job( Jacob) he did a fantastic job. He started the job and the next day 2 people came to do the same job but was at the wrong job.. they were supposed to do another job even though they had my address, my name and what was to be done at my house. Very confusing!!!!

West Shore lied about the timeframe for payments to begin. They use a 3rd party company and I was told I had 13 months to pay before interest rates would start. I went with Greensky and they sent me a statement within 3 weeks of the job completion stating I had 6 months to payoff my shower before interest charges would incur. **Don't believe the financial advertisement on tv**
