They did come out and do what appears to be a good job. It looks great. They did not do any testing to determine if plumbing leaks. We could tell because there was still air in the lines when we were allowed to use the shower days after completion. You can say the fact that there was air says no leaks, but that only covers you up to the valve. From the valve to the showerhead could be leaking and it is in a sealed wall and nobody checked it. It was the most horrible experience in my life. It took almost 3 weeks to partially finish it. They never finished the drywall. They took the money $15,000.00 before it was completed and one week to finish after they took the money and a call to their corporate headquarters. They damaged an electrical line and an electrician had to come and he had to pull the baseboard in the bedroom to fix it. We then had to fix the baseboard. I do not recommend them at all.

They replaced a tub with a shower enclosure. Looked great. Within a week the curtain bar started sagging. Screws were coming out of wall both sides. Took 4 calls and 5-6 weeks for service man to come take it down. Hired Sunshine Innovative Solutions to put up shower doors. They did an excellent job at a good price.
My Koehler walk-in tub fits in beautifully into my bathroom. The installers did a great job except for a few things: 1. There� s a small ding in my granite countertop which was not addressed. 2. The towel bar fell off the wall after the crew left. Several screws were missing so it couldn� t possibly have been re-installed properly. 3. My adjoining bedroom was totally covered in cement dust. What a mess! All the bedding had to be laundered and the entire room cleaned from top to bottom.
It was a difficult job due to a previous remodeling handyman's excess use of concrete which had to be jackhammered out.
Great looking product. However the installation not so professional. Looks like a "DIY" job. And, this is after the first shower they installed was measured and cut so bad it had to be replaced. Way over priced for what you get. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
