Dan C and Shawn R did a terrific job of removing the old tub and surrounds, and the installed a new bright beautiful step in shower complete with two safety bars, soap dish and two shelves. The plumbing and fixtures were Moen quality. We are very happy with the installation. My husband is elderly and the old shower was dangerous. This new one is so good we can't wait to try it out. Thank you for good employees who know what they are doing.
Both Jason S and Leanna were amazing. Their work was impeccable and on a side note assisted my husband with a health emergency while I was at work. I highly recommend them and this company. I am extremely happy with the work.
Salesman was professional; installation reminders were timely and accurate; Both installers arrived early, and were ready to begin as promised; installers were professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and completed the entire project, including removal of all debris and waste material, prior to asking me to review their work and installation. Outstanding service. The installers were professional and polite. Insulation was lightening fast. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.
I had West Shore Home take out the tub and surround and install a shower in our guest bathroom. our rep. Jason was great and we were very happy with the work done by Dan and Ricky, they arrived and went right to work, Dan invited me in at several steps of the project and showed me the progress. I liked that. These two worked well together and finished the job much earlier than I expected.

We had both windows & doors installed, and the install team (Ravi, Craig, and James) did excellent work. I certainly intend to have West Shore Home do more work.
