Tyler and Rick K. were da bomb! They went over and above the job� all the way through cleanup. Exceeded my expectations! Great job guys!
The installers were very knowledgeable,professional and the installion was done in less then 6 1/2 hours, Everything was left as clean as when the arrived. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. I would certainly recommend them
Professional team from sales rep to installers. Dave & Chris did an excellent job of replacing our old shower with a new one. Brock was our initial point of contact with West Shore Home. Completed our job ahead of initial scheduled date. Product is quality. Would recommend this company. Very satisfied.
Jason the young man in charge was very professional and polite. He explained everything to be done. He and Mck went right to work and finished the difficult job of removing a handicap tub and tile. the finished product looks good and I was very happy with the installation.
West Shore Home installed our Kohler walk-in tub. Walter and Larry were very professional and experienced. They addressed all our concerns and did amazing work!
It was very good and it was all done in one day. My installers were Dan C. and Tyler H. They were very good and they cleaned up after they were done. They explained everything that I needed to know. All in all they did a great job.
Andre and Travis were outstanding. They worked endlessly and was a super professional job.
The work of removing a bath tub and installing a roll-in shower was done by Jason, Rick, and Leanna who were so accommodating and willing to please. They were professional, informative and right on time each day. From the sales representative, Wayne, to the office staff, to the installers, they all made this job a pleasure.
Shane, Alec & Josh J. ; were punctual, professional and worked tirelessly to get this job done. Even the mishaps we encountered didnâ� � t deter them. With same respect to Tiffany who took my calls to help find solutions along the way. No one skirted the issues rather faced them; informed us and pushed forward. Needless to say I have a beautiful master shower that serves our needs. Hoping to hear from glass company today.
