The sales rep. Joshua S. was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. We couldn't ask for better installers, Dan C. and Ricky H. They were timely, professional, courteous, answered all of our questions and were continuously cleaning up behind them. We had one shower replaced and also replaced a tub with a shower. Both showers are beautiful and are now more functional.
I just had my windows installed, but West Shore Home. My installers, Johnny B, Kyle, Graham, Brian and Adrian. When I tell you these guys were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional, friendly, fast workers, any questions asked they were answer. I provided lunch for them and it showed they really appreciated it. Andre, Alex and Ricky were professionals. They worked very hard to complete the job. I appreciated their diligence in there work. The outcome was superb due to their diligence. Courteous and helpful were experienced.
West Shore Homes did a bathtub to shower conversion in my home. Was very skeptical when two gals showed up for a major plumbing project. Skepticism didn't last long as these gals did the tear out, re-plum, and install VERY PROFESSIONALLY !!! Very pleased how this project turned out. APRIL and LEANNA deserve 5 STARS !! Supposedly the gals get a $20 bonus for a 5 star rating ??? THAT SUCKS !! They deserve much more that for all their hard work.. Their sales philosophy is NOT very good. The installers, Phernell and Ben, were very professional. Neat and clean. Floors were covered with tarps and everything left clean and neat. The install exceeded our expectations.
Great job installing our new shower. Thank you to Jennifer Barnhill for helping us decide the best design for us. She was very kind and helpful. Also our installers, Willian Cocker and Brian Johnson did a great job. They are very hard workers.
