We had a walk-in shower installed. It looks great! We excellent service throughout the whole procedure. Our saleswoman was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our installer was Reiniel he definitely was a energetic worker. He kept us in loop of what he was doing and asked us for our input as needed. The finished product (walk-in shower) is excellent. The workers, pure magicians, Deon and Rashard, were a pure delight to have in our home. Kept us informed at each step, were so courteous, and so thorough, and took excellent care of us and our home!
We purchased two bathrooms from Fairview Homes which has since been purchased by West Shore Home. Two years later we developed a leak and needed warranty repairs made. West Shore not only honored the warranty, but when their technicians, Ezekiel and Ray began the repairs, they found serious problems with the previous company's installation.
