Our superb experience began with our salesman, Stephen. He was thorough and patiently explained the program options for us. He did not pressure us at all but when asked, he did offer his advice. The project was scheduled for later this month but when the materials arrived early, the company called to see if we'd like the installation sooner than planned. We jumped at the chance! Jennifer & Michael did an awesome job installing our walk in shower. Even though they had to work through some problems, it turned out beautifully. I gladly give them a 5 Star Rating for their hard work. They a very courteous and cleaned up after the job was done. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. I can't wait to show to our friends.
West Shore home of Ocala FL removed our old bathtub and shower and installed a walk in shower. The installation only took one day and the installers, Anthoni and Harley, were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We definitely received 5 star service.
Jenny and Michael were very professional during the shower install and kept us updated though the process. Even when the bottom fell out of the sky and they worked under a canopy to finish the job. Definitely a 5 star rating

Marc M., Marc L., Ray and Elliott did an impressive job installing a Kitchen window and two sets of french doors to my home. They were courteous to me and to each other. They took care not to track through the house and cleaned areas when they were finished. I was amazed at their professional installations. They removed all of their tools and trash and left everything in good shape. They were shorthanded by two workers, yet they worked diligently and professionally from 9 AM to 7:30 PM.
