RecommendedOur superb experience began with our salesman, Stephen. He was thorough and patiently explained the program options for us. He did not pressure us at all but when asked, he did offer his advice. The project was scheduled for later this month but when the materials arrived early, the company called to see if we'd like the installation sooner than planned. We jumped at the chance! RecommendedJennifer & Michael did an awesome job installing our walk in shower. Even though they had to work through some problems, it turned out beautifully. RecommendedWest Shore home of Ocala FL removed our old bathtub and shower and installed a walk in shower. The installation only took one day and the installers, Anthoni and Harley, were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We definitely received 5 star service.
RecommendedJenny and Michael were very professional during the shower install and kept us updated though the process. Even when the bottom fell out of the sky and they worked under a canopy to finish the job. Definitely a 5 star rating
