RecommendedThe installer, Patric G. came to our home, by himself, to do the tub/wall remodel. He started on a Thursday and finished Friday morning around 11am. The amount of work he had to do was a daunting task for any do it yourselfer but he managed to accomplish the job in less than two days. He did an excellent job and was very detail oriented. We feel he is an asset to your company and should be rewarded for his punctuality, quality, speed of installation, and personality. Thanks for a job well done. Bob & Cerry.
RecommendedI had WEST SHORE replace my tub/shower unit with a beautiful acrylic shower in my guest bathroom yesterday. Dan C and Ricky H did an amazingly professional job from the moment they arrived until when they left nearly 8 hrs. later. I would highly recommend WEST SHORE to anyone.......+++++ 5 stars from me‼️
Recommended5 stars to the team of Elliot, Johnny B, Kyle, Ray and Amp! They arrived on time to install 8 windows plus a sliding door and exterior door. I thought they would need to work into the night to get the job done but they finished by around 4:00! They were all very courteous and professional during the day. They used drop cloths to protect my floors and did a nice job of cleaning up when done. RecommendedJason & Travis were swift, polite and hard-working, although they 1. left the cuff of a grab bar loose and 2. broke tile and didn't offer to replace. However, I bought replacement tiles and another worker from West Shore came out and fixed the cuff, installed the tiles. We do love the new shower.

RecommendedI don't normally do this kind of thing but Cyndy and I just had a really good experience with West Shore Home. We had our tub replaced and Patrick G. and James installed a quality product in just a day and did a great job. You all know me and I know how things should be done and I was impressed with these guys. Even the Sales experience was a pleasure. Susan Spofford was new but did great and knew everything she needed to know, we got everything we were expecting. Highly recommend this company. You get what you pay for!
RecommendedWe recently moved to Florida and needed the tub removed and a new walk in shower installed. The salesman who came to the house, Jason, was wonderful! What a nice guy! He explained the products, the process and did all the measurements. We signed on right away. The installers were here 3 weeks later and they arrived early (great start!).
