The installation was professional and well-coordinated, taking only 4 hours for the complete installation. Dalton and Chase did a fabulous job.
The men were great Keith, Alex, James, Tom, Marc l, Mark M, Ollie, Rashaad, they arrived on time and were polite, cleaned up the place before they left, could not ask for a better crew, i was happy to see my new windows i had 19 windows replaced, thank you.
Carl and Nick were fantastic
The job was done in a single day. great quality materials used for the job. Alex, David, and Guillermo were very professional and showed pride in their work.
Jack and Marcus did a great install and explained the processs, also asked my input for the shelves and handicap rails, Justin was also great at helping through the process of the remodel, many thanks to these 3 gentlemen for their knowledge and proper help .
Austin and Ezekiel were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained exactly what the process was and kept us informed as to their progress. Cleaned up after they were finished.

Good quality product with life time warranty and service. Service installl professionals Jack and Justin were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
As of this review it has been 25 days since the install of 10 windows. West Shore Home ruined our home. They used a cut off tool to remove our old windows and this left at least a 1/2 inch to a 1 Inch cut in the vinyl siding of our home in each direction of every corner of every window meaning there are now 80 slices in the siding of our home leaving it vulnerable to moisture and insects, etc. On some windows there are bigger holes and along the sides are slices down the sides where the siding was cut and the underside left ... read more
