I know the rating my seem harsh but I have to express my honest opinion. This was a painful process and this company needs to step up there game especially for clients who are investing over $100,000 and entrusting them with our home. I think the main problem is they try to work too fast and so several big mistakes are made that end up costing us a lot more time. Management isn� t easy to communicate with. WSH brags about how they are customer friendly. Could not have been further from the truth than on our project. From the mess the workers left behind in the beginning of the project to the inexperienced people sent to provide some service work after the project was in, did they meet our expectations at all. Once they got our money it seemed like they did not care about making the customers happy. The salesman charged us $750.00 more than the quote. The salesman said if we signed on Monday it would be done on Tuesday. It was not done until Thursday. Interest accrued only on the balance owed but interest accrues on the total each month. Salesman tactics were dishonest. Installers did a great job. I would not do business with West Shore again.
The install crew was the best. They were on time 9:00 am. Came in explained the whole process. Explained what they were doing during the whole process. Was finished by 3:30. They cleaned up like they wasn� t ever here. Professional and friendly. The salesman said he would be with us the whole way. Never saw or heard from him except for day one when I signed the papers.
