RecommendedWest Shore Home just completed a tub to shower conversion in my home in Covington and I couldn't be happier. The installers, Adam and Dontell, were courteous, professional and did a fantastic job! They took pride in their work and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. He was professional and fully addressed all of my questions and concerns. My install was set up. Chris Burrows was my installer and did a great job. The finished project is beautiful. We were looking to replace our shower. We signed the contract and made a substantial down payment. We were given 3 days to cancel without losing our down payment. I know now that 3 days is useless when the installation is 6 weeks later. On the day of installation, they showed up with a completely different product than what we had ordered. We did not cancel our contract. But because we refused to allow them to install a DIFFERENT product than what we were shown, that is the wording they have used in order to keep our down p... read more
