I hired West Shore Home to demo an old tub, and install a new walk-in shower with LVP floor overlaid on existing floor. The project was initially completed on 07/21. However, upon inspecting the finished product, the floor was not installed properly resulting in it sinking whenever any weight was placed on top of it. While the product is beautiful and the installation technician was amazing, the customer service after the fact has been horrible. I DID NOT receive the financing terms advertised and promised to me during my sales consultation. When trying to resolve by phone no one seems to be able to help. I have been passed off to numerous people who aren’t willing or able to handle my situation. My salesperson has blatantly lied about what was promised, and no one at the company seems to care. Did my install earlier than planned and it was a disaster. 1. Wall not plumb: Sales Manager said the “installers would correct”: not done and I told them but they proceeded on with install. 2. At first they didn’t line up the tile pattern - said “it’s just that way” but after I called the manager they fixed. 3. The caulk applied is very messy and not acceptable. I did not have a great experience with West Shore Homes. The installers were loud and cussed a lot. My grandson was with me and even though we were outside, we could still hear them. Also, they broke my glass doors, so they had to be reordered. A different person came out and installed new doors. I called the office again because the doors kept opening while showering. Another person came out and 'fixed' the problem, but he didn't. I was ready to call again and complain when I got sick and was hospitalized for several... read more

poor workmanship. left an mess that I had to clean up. I'm beening told its ok for the walls to flex ( move ) . the seams were not cut straight. cant get an itemized bill. my salesmen said no one has ever asked for one , he will have to see how to get me one ? I should not have to case people down to do there job for the price I paid .
