both crews were great, did a professional job and cleaned the area after installing two exterior doors and two storm doors.
wonderful deal for the money
Installers were a great team. Shower was installed in about 7 hours. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone interested in getting a new walk-in shower.

Very disappointed in West Shore Home. We had a bathroom shower installed, and they have had to come back three times to re-install it due to shotty workmanship. The work is subpar, especially for the price you pay and communication was not great, with promises made when talking to sales, and then days going by with no attention to our account. My installers Montana, Henry, Diego, and John did a good job; however, I felt that I was pressured and that it was a little pricey for what I received.
The service was satisfactory, the installers were polite and efficient. The shower came out great but it's not exactly what I wanted or was told by the sales rep that came out and sold the Job. Let's start at the beginning when the sales rep came out to quote the job. DO NOT under any circumstances use this company! It has been three weeks and we still have issues. They do not answer requests to speak t management, damage walls, not a proper cleanup and when looking at the shower all we see is caulking. Part was not even caulked!
I was expecting a real pro to come out and give me a quote on a full bathroom remodel. Instead, I got some young kid that was struggling through a very programmed sales pitch on a product that would only fix half my issue for twice the price it should cost to fix the whole room. It was a complete waste of time.
