Have had them out twice for estimate on projects, both times they have said they are not interested in my projects. First time they said my small bathroom fix wasn?t worth their time. Then when I decided to totally remodel the bathroom, I thought now it would be worth their time,so had them out again, but again they said they weren?t interested, said they couldn?t do it? not in their scope of work ? huh?? Honestly I?m not sure what they do, because anything I asked them about, they said wasn?t in their scope of work.

Office staff needs PR training. Very rude. We wanted to hire west shore for some extra work. The office staff was so rude we went with another company. I own a business and would never speak to customers the way they do. When I asked about their quality I am very satisfied. All are complete in one day. Very professional and polite. Perhaps your office staff should take a few tips from them. The two females were rude to me and my husband. I will never recommend them again...

Make sure you read your contract because they do not do as they say. My job started in January and March 5th is still not finished asked for a soap dish and still none. They have been here three times and each time the workers say they did not tell us about a soap dish. No glass door yet, so, I cannot use my shower. I am so done with this company. And they do not care because they are paid already... lesson learned.

I signed a contract in May. All the bath windows installed in July. The bathroom window installed in October. Screens were not installed, stickers in windows due to failed inspection. Now they are telling me that we were going to come back on Monday. No one can tell us when the screens will be installed. The worst experience.

Not what we were looking for. Seem to have a quality product ( way too. Many videos through) we wanted to replace a tub and shower with a walk-in shower also replace floor tile etc in our master bath. This company does the shower but installs a high quality acrylic wrap product customized to the space . They tear everything down to the studs - including the plumbing and redo it. Just not the options we were looking for.

They replaced a tub with a shower enclosure. Looked great. Within a week the curtain bar started sagging. Screws were coming out of wall both sides. Took 4 calls and 5-6 weeks for service man to come take it down. Hired Sunshine Innovative Solutions to put up shower doors. They did an excellent job at a good price.

My Koehler walk-in tub fits in beautifully into my bathroom. The installers did a great job except for a few things: 1. There� s a small ding in my granite countertop which was not addressed. 2. The towel bar fell off the wall after the crew left. Several screws were missing so it couldn� t possibly have been re-installed properly. 3. My adjoining bedroom was totally covered in cement dust. What a mess! All the bedding had to be laundered and the entire room cleaned from top to bottom.

It was a difficult job due to a previous remodeling handyman's excess use of concrete which had to be jackhammered out.

Great looking product. However the installation not so professional. Looks like a "DIY" job. And, this is after the first shower they installed was measured and cut so bad it had to be replaced. Way over priced for what you get. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
