RecommendedExcellent service and products. The sales person, John Prescott, was very knowledgable and kind. The process from start to finish was seamless. I really appreciated that an inspector came by to check on my project. I was referred by my neighbor and I would recommend them to anyone that needs windows, doors, siding, or a bath remodel. Thanks for a great job on my home.
RecommendedVery professional company, bought a new Pro Via front door, our sales rep Casey was well prepared and had excellent demonstrations to aid in our decision, the installation was fast and professional, site was left clean. The price was fair and comes with excellent warranty. All phone calls/messages were returned promptly, we’re very happy and would call back to get other doors/ windows in the future. RecommendedI started looking at converting my tub to shower and was so impressed with the showroom off bluegrass pkwy. I knew the marble cove was what I wanted but I shopped around. My second visit with Jeff after I really figured out what I wanted was the turning point. Price was what I wanted but the results was twice what I had hoped for. Shout out to Jake the installer!!
RecommendedLove my glass sliding doors, getting ready to get my retractable awning. Jeff was great setting this up for me. I picked a shorter awning but changed to wider. Jeff came right back and set it up. Great Company !!!!
RecommendedWe had a great installer name tommy that installed our bathtub and tiles. He is one of the hardest working men I've seen in a long time and very friendly. If you lose him your losing a lot...I'm giving him and America's window an A+
RecommendedThis is my second round with this company. I had to do my house in phases because their were so many windows. Don Elder was a pleasure to work with! He was very professional and informative. He knows the product well. The product is well made and easy to maintain. Highly recommend
RecommendedWe love our wondows. We haven't turned our heat on since they were installed. Thanks jeff
RecommendedWe used Americas Window to replace several windows in our previous. Our sales rep, Paul Calloway, did a fantastic job explaining the entire process, and the windows turned out beautifully! We would highly recommend the windows, the company, and Paul!!!
RecommendedFor the most part, we are very pleased with the service we received from America's Windows. However, we would like to offer a couple of suggestions: an itemized invoice should be provided upon completion of the project so customer knows actual cost of materials and labor. Another suggestion: we have two small kitchen side-by-side windows. With the framing of the new windows, we lost a lot of our view. It would have been great if the salesman would have suggested going with only one window in that space. Final comment: ... read more
