We called and they were out here quickly to take care of ordering the part to fix. Within a week Rodney was back out here with the part to take care of it. RecommendedGeorge just came to evaluate a problem with one of our windows. He arrived on time, was very courteous, got finished and was gone in a jiffy. Our dogs even liked him. We are very satisfied with our America's Windows. They were installed in 2008 and we have had problems with only two windows. Both times, they were repaired very quickly. We would, and have, recommended them to others.
