The window techs were great and did a great job cleaning up the job site. They were friendly and got the job done quickly and on time. There was one mis-measured window but they were able to get the new window in very quickly without delay. Very pleased with their service.

Replacement of 5 windows was seamless, from the sitdown with sales rep Robin H., to measurement with Bob, to the installation with a crew of about five. Robin explained the window features, the insulation properties and benefits, options and discounts. No sales pressure. Longtime employee Bob added on-site expertise, fine-tuned the order.
