I have had my windows for about two years now and are 100% satisfied, they are air tight and very sound proof. Jerry Freeman explained everything well and the windows work just like he said they would. I burn wood for heat in the winter and I use about half now compared to before I had the windows installed. I recently had all of my windows replaced...after putting it off for a couple of years. I made the decision to do it after a great experience with my initial salesperson..she was very concise patient and honest.The installation crew was also very professional and efficient...follow up was great and I feel comfortable that any questions or issues (should they ever arise)would be handled in the same fashion. I highly recommend this company.
The windows look great in our older home! The crew putting in our windows conducted themselves very professionally and did great work! Really impressed with the outdoor sound reduction in our home.
America's Windows transformed the look of our home. Thanks to Casey O'Connell for suggesting the upper shaker trim. It really adds to the appeal. The crew was courteous and professional and cleaned up all debris. The original contractor grade siding did not wear well. I counted 22 holes from the lawnmower and weather.
