The crew that installed our windows this morning (Chris' Crew from OH) was wonderful. They got here early and didn't waste any time. They were very respectful of my home and made sure to clean up every little piece of materiel that was left, including vacuuming my floors and rugs. Mr. Wendell was our service representative for today's window issue. He was here timely, was super pleasant to work with, and made short work of repairing our window and demonstrating the appropriate way to flip out the window for cleaning.
