The service tech, Rodney was very helpful, refreshing our memory on the proper way to to tilt out the windows for cleaning and removing the screens. These windows were one of our better investments due to lower utilities and hearing no outside noise. The company calls on a regular basis to see how the windows are doing and if there is anything they can do for you. The warranty is great.
RecommendedWe had all of our windows and gutters replaced. The windows were not the cheapest, but the quality was the best you could get with insulated frames and the highest insulation value for the glass on the market. The install of 17 windows took one day. I was very surprised. They look fantastic. We got an estimate a couple of years ago, but they did not offer different finishes on the inside and outside of the windows. They do now.
