We absolutely love our new windows. All 12 including a 6' slider! Awesome, professional installers. December 2014 electric bill: 2550 kwH. December 2015 electric bill: 1423 kwH. 'nuff said!
Many thanks to Jason Burnett and crew for the fantastic job they did on replacing our windows! They were very thorough and courteous. Cleanup was great! thanks so much.
We have now had all of our windows replaced and we are very pleased with the product. Our salesperson Brent was very knowledgable about the product, explained how we could expect them to function, and very friendly. We experienced no problems with the installation crew they were professional and did a great job on clean up after the job. I rarely give any business a five star rating but I really believe our experience with this company has been outstanding.
They will charge you 15k for a bathroom that will fall apart shortly after the warranty expires. The work they do is the cheapest quality for the highest price. It only takes one day because they put plastic on your walls instead of doing the job right. Take your money and hire a contractor who does tile. The price will be the same and the end product will be 100 times better. It might take a week. It will be worth it. I talked to 3 different people, within a couple of days. I told them where I lived all times. I was excited to try and get my doors fixed. They were supposed to be here at 2 PM. At 12:30 PM. they call and said they were 110 miles out, and it was out of their service area, and they werent coming. I could have or should have been told one of the three times, that it couldnt be done. You definitely will not get a recommendation from me. That was rude and inconsiderate. All of our projects are completed using our high-grade virgin acrylic, which is easier to clean and maintain than fiberglass or tile, and doesn't require re-grouting every few years. This is a preferred option for many who seek the convenience of low maintenance and a 1-day install. Our lifetime warranty and level of quality workmanship from our full-time in-house installers is not something you will find with any of our competitors.
We paid $13,000 cash for new shower our bench was messed up and they tried to repair but still not right. Shower doors continue to leak water because of how they are made and manufactured. Not a very happy customer. GO ELSEWHERE!

i have contacted this company on numerous occassions with no reply...i have several windows that are cloudy or foggy and some even no longer lock.....i need someone to come and replace some windows for me.......i have had these for 11 years and they have been bad for several years.....i called again today with no response
