I talked to 3 different people, within a couple of days. I told them where I lived all times. I was excited to try and get my doors fixed. They were supposed to be here at 2 PM. At 12:30 PM. they call and said they were 110 miles out, and it was out of their service area, and they werent coming. I could have or should have been told one of the three times, that it couldnt be done. You definitely will not get a recommendation from me. That was rude and inconsiderate. if you want decorated Luan plywood and a plastic bathbub.....go for it!!

We paid $13,000 cash for new shower our bench was messed up and they tried to repair but still not right. Shower doors continue to leak water because of how they are made and manufactured. Not a very happy customer. GO ELSEWHERE!

i have contacted this company on numerous occassions with no reply...i have several windows that are cloudy or foggy and some even no longer lock.....i need someone to come and replace some windows for me.......i have had these for 11 years and they have been bad for several years.....i called again today with no response

America’s Windows was great! West shore home will be out of business quickly! Do not use this company. They came in the beginning of September to measure for replacement glass packs and I was quoted 4-6 weeks. Now I can’t get an answer as to where my glass packs are. Can’t get a call back or an answer to a simple question.

Do not believe anything this company says. First closely look at the google reviews they are FAKE. A majority of the reviews the person who wrote the review has written one review. There is one review what is a month old and it refers to windows that were installed 5 years ago. One review the person wrote 4 total reviews and they were all for different American door & Window locations. What ever you do never let these people come to your house to give you an estimate. Did not have the best experience with them. still waiting on inspector to come review everything weeks after the job has been done... we wanted the chance for them to make things right and address the issues we had. was told that these windows would reduce outside noise and I'm sad to say our old windows did way better this is an issue for us because our home sits back off a busy road and now we hear everything. after spending thousands of dollars we expected better service and quilaty. Installed 13 windows. Have to stand on my counter to open my kitchen windows that the air comes through. Had to put plastic on the windows. When I called, I got the brush off, many many times. No insulation, no caulking around the large kitchen area. Vinyl outside pieced together looks horrible and yellowed on all the windows. Hopefully I got a bad contractor, but Americas Windows did not stand behind their work.
